Hawaii Contractors License
Hawaii Electrical Contractors are licensed and regulated for the protection of consumers against deficient electrical installations. The Hawaii Electrical Contractors Board issues licenses to certify electrical contractors and journeyman electricians to work within the state.

NECĀ® National Electrical Code Adoption: 2008
The 2008 NEC was adopted by the state for state owned buildings April 2010. Hawaii Energy Codes
The Hawaii Energy Code is adopted and required by the Hawaii Energy Office. This code sets minimum energy efficient buildings.
