This phase of construction requires the installation of special insulation calking and adhesives.

SIP Home - Styrofoam Insulated Panel Homes provide easy construction

The construction process requires careful attention to the placement of the provided channels that are installed by the SIP Panel Manufacturer. The channels become the pathway for installing the majority of the electrical circuits for the home.

The SIP Panels are tilted up into place after a bead of calking is placed along the bottom foundation plate.
