- With that could I add a 60 amp service out near the incoming FPL meter and run my hot tub on 220 volt?

The voltage for a hot tub is specified by the owners manual and installation manual, and should not be changed. If your electrical service is not adequate then an upgrade to a larger service may be required. The capacity of your electrical service is best determined by a qualified electrician.
