Thanks for your electrical question.
All those ground wires seem like a lot, but they do serve a purpose to bond the ground to all the necessary parts . So bring all the ground wires together for one connection to the ground wire found in your ceiling fan junction box. Use the appropriately sized wire connector for a good secure spliced connection, usually a yellow wire connector is the right size in this case.
