Smoke Detector Circuits
[ad#block]Electrical Question: In Massachusetts, is it required to have a separate circuit for the smoke and heat detectors?

When they wired this house in 2006, they included a bedroom with 4 receptacles and an overhead light on the same circuit as the detectors.
