Wiring for Three Way Switches
[ad#block]  Electrical Question: I have a set of switches at the top of my steps leading to the basement.
SWITCH BOX 1.
One switch controls a fixture at the top of the steps(single pole). The other controls several high-hats in the basement(three-way). In box 1 there is one 3wire and a pair of 2wire. Down in the basement is another set of switches.
SWITCH BOX 2.
One switch controls the high-hats(the other three way) and the second switch controls a fixture in the garage(single pole) In box 2 there is a set of 3wire and one 2wire.

I have determined that in box 2 one 3wire is my feed and the other goes to the top of the steps. the 2wire in box 2 also goes up to the top of the steps. I have also determined which wire in box 1 feeds the fixture at the top of the steps.
I can not get the 3way switches to work. Can you help?
