Skill Level: Intermediate to Advanced – Best performed by a Licensed Electrician..
Tools Required: Basic Electricians Pouch Hand Tools and Voltage Tester or Non-Contact Voltage Tester.
Estimated Time: Depends on the personal level experience and ability to work with tools and access to the wiring.

    installing new circuits in a kitchen using romex wiring, the orginal wiring is knob & tubing. What is the correct way to disconnect knob & tube wiring to the old receptacles?
