Electrical Question from Travis about Ceiling Fan Wiring

Received from Travis a Handyman in Granbury Texas

Dave’s Reply:
Thanks for your electrical question.
Hey Travis, how are you?
Typically there is a black wire for the fan motor and a blue wire for the light. The white neutral wire is shared for both and the ground connects through if provided with your home system. Most likely your two black wires are the same as described above.

Enjoy and be ye Cool!
