Sizing an Electrical Circuit for a Power Exhaust Unit
Background: Steve, a Contractor from Corona California
[ad#block]Question: I’m wiring a power exhaust to a commercial HVAC unit and I want to have single point power to the unit and exhaust. What is the proper way to fuse this so i can protect both the HVAC unit and power exhaust.

Thanks for your electrical question Steve.
Steve you should install a separate circuit for the power exhaust unit sized to the specifications of the unit and installing a disconnect at the location of the equipment.
