NO – NEVER REPLACE A CIRCUIT BREAKER WITH A LARGER ONE!
THIS PRACTICE WILL CAUSE A FIRE HAZARD TO YOUR HOME!
Most likely you will need to have an additional circuit installed for your flat panel tv.
