I added a Phone Jack and my Phone Stopped Working
I want to put another phone jack in my house so I can move my computer. I tried adding a phone line to existing line and it shut off my phone.

Hi Janet – Make sure your connections are correct. Match the existing type of wire as the original phone jack. Check the phone jack wiring for each wire.
