Electrical Question from Malik about Wiring a Bedroom in a Basement

[ad#block]Question: I framed my basement and I want to add several outlets to the bedroom and two recessed lights. I have plenty of room in my panel. There will be one light switch that controls the lighting. Do I use 14-2 wire or do I need 14-3 for some reason?
