Electrical Question about: Troubleshooting

[ad#block]Question: I have a electrical heated floor and had to shorten the wire in the floor. Wire that was 44 ohms and is now 36 ohms @ 120v what would the in-floor wire do. My question is would it be ok or would it cause problems with the wire in the floor.
