Electrical Power Source for Basement Outlets

[ad#block]Question: I am installing 3 new outlets in my basement. There is no extra breaker spot available in my box. Can I splice into an existing GFI line that runs to my garage and has nothing pulling power from it?

Thanks for your electrical question Matt. Yes this can be done, however you may be able to install a tandem or twin circuit breaker in place of a full size circuit breaker, depending on the brand of your electrical panel.
