[ad#block]Question: What type of wires are inside of printer cables, computer monitors cables, patch cables, and phone wires? It looks silver, not brown like the copper wires in the power cords, the silver looking wire is in most of my computer cords or cables. My friend said it is copper but I don’t think it is. Please clear this up for me, she is driving me crazy. If you have a diagram of how to identify wires please send it to me. Thank you

The wires used for these computer devices are all copper wires however the printed circuit boards are typically multi-layers with copper etched circuits and solder.
