Do Cool Start Light Fixture Ballasts Create Interference?

How to Solve Static Electricity Noise
Dan, make sure the fluorescent light fixture is grounded.
Another solution if the line noise continues is to purchase a voltage conditioning plug strip to plug your radio into.
