Question: How can I control one water pump from two different locations with two energy meters so that if the first switch is on the first energy meter will read the consumption, and the second switch will not function till the first switch is turn off and vice versa.

Wiring a Water Pump and Controls
Debadutta, this could be accomplished using two low voltage control switches which would activate a double pole, double throw relay or contactor. The power to the pump would be connected to the common terminals, one switch circuit and energy monitor would be connected to the normally open set of contacts, and the other switch circuit and energy monitor would be connected to the normally closed set of contacts. The main power would be ahead of the control relay to provide as the main on and off master power switch.
