Question : Currently, over my workbench I have a pull chain incandescent light (14-2 wire). I would like to add 2 new single tube fluorescent fixtures on either side of the incandescent light.

I have 3 wires coming through my wall to my fixture. One is yellow, one brown, and one white.

Question: The light bulbs in some parts of my house seem to be burning out way too soon. In some of our fixtures, we replace bulbs every 4 weeks or so. Any ideas?

Hi Dave, We have 4 12 volt under cabinet lights in our kitchen. Two of them don’t work on a regular basis. All the wiring got hidden behind the cabinets when we did our kitchen redo a few years back.

Question: Hi I am replacing a ceiling fixture. There is one switch that controls 2 wall fixtures and the ceiling fixture. The new fixture has one white and one black wire. The junction box has 1 white and 2 black wires twisted together; 3 white twisted together and 2 black twisted together.

Question: I have an outlet that has black/white wire going in and then black/white wire leaving to another light or outlet.

Question: I am looking to replace a basic ceiling fixture which is currently on a dimmer switch. I have a plug-in overhead fixture which I would like to hard-wire directly to the ceiling box.
