Home electrical wiring diagrams are an important tool for completing your electrical projects. An electrical wiring diagram can be as simple as a diagram showing how to install a new switch in your hallway, or as complex as the complete electrical blueprint for your new home or home improvement project.

The Safest Way to Test Electrical Devices and Identify Electric Wires! The Non-Contact Electrical Tester
This is a testing tool that I have had in my personal electrical tool pouch for years, and is the first test tool I grab to help identify electrical wiring. It is a Non-contact tester that I use to easily Detect Voltage in Cables, Cords, Circuit Breakers, Lighting Fixtures, Switches, Outlets and Wires. Simply insert the end of the tester into an outlet, lamp socket, or hold the end of the tester against the wire you wish to test. Very handy and easy to use.
The Quickest Way to Check for Faulty Electrical Wiring! The Plug-In Outlet Tester
This is the first tool I grab to troubleshoot a problem with outlet circuit wiring. This popular tester is also used by most inspectors to test for power and check the polarity of circuit wiring.
It detects probable improper wiring conditions in standard 110-125 VAC outlets Provides 6 probable wiring conditions that are quick and easy to read for ultimate efficiency Lights indicate if wiring is correct and indicator light chart is included Tests standard 3-wire outlets UL Listed Light indicates if wiring is incorrect Very handy and easy to use.
Strip Off Wire Insulation without Nicking and Damaging the Electric Wire! The Wire Stripper and Wire Cutter
My absolute favorite wire stripping tool that I have had in my personal electrical tool pouch for years, and this is the tool I use to safely strip electrical wires.
This handy tool has multiple uses:
The wire gauges are shown on the side of the tool so you know which slot to use for stripping insulation.
The end of the tool can be used to grip and bend wire which is handy for attaching wire onto the screw terminals of switches and outlets..
The wire stripper will work on both solid and stranded wire. This tool is Very Handy and Easy to Use.

I have a lighting arrangement for 20x20x25 meters(Lx Bx height) hall .how many 400 watt lights can be installed in this hall.
The number of light fixtures that would be installed would depend on the amount of illumination that is desired in the hallway. 400 watt lamps put out a lot of light so it would also depend on the exact type and style of light fixture as well.
How do I connect 3 lights to 4 switches. One switch is a 3-way switch, using a main black and white wire, a bath black and white wire, a bedroom black and white wire, and a hall black and white wire? The hall has the two switches. Thank you.
From what you have described you are trying to wire 4 switches at one switch box.
This is the process when all of the lights are connected onto the same circuit or power source:
Locate the power source cable with the black, white and ground wires.
The white neutral wires of each light connect to the neutral wire of the main circuit cable.
The black wire of the power source is tailed out and connected to one of the screw terminals of each the single light switches, and (typically) the black screw of the 3-way switch (see note below).
The black wire of each light connects to the other screw terminal of each individual single light switch.
NOTE: The method of wiring used for the 3-way switches will need to be identified and verified so these wires are kept separate from the other single light switches, especially when white wires are used for the 3-way switching process.
All the ground wires are connected together and attached to the frames of the light switches.
I do not know the details and layout at this location, however it should be noted that light switches for rooms should be located inside the room where the light is located. For example, you should not be able to turn off the light in a bathroom from anywhere else other than inside the bathroom.
I hope this helps,
