Thanks for your electrical question Ronald. Great Question. There should be a minimum of 12 inches separation between communications cables and power cables. Crossing at 90 degrees is ok when necessary. If the communications cable is not shielded then it would be best to be further away to avoid emf and noise disturbances.
PS – I sure miss the Philippines! Totally enjoy Filipino people and the wonderful food, including Adobo, Pandesal and Guanabana Juice – Salamat Po! (This question was from the Philippines, where I have been several times.)
