    Hi Steve,
    To my knowledge receptacle outlets are not typically installed under a mobile home, however they are usually found near the front entrance and the rear entrance where the outlets are installed into the lower portion of the outside wall of the mobile home. The exterior outlets of the mobile home will have GFCI circuit protection. Additional outlets under the mobile home are typically used for preventing freezing pipes where heat tape controlled by a built in thermostat is wrapped around plumbing pipes. Heat tapes such as Easy-Heat and other brands work great for preventing freezing pipes in cold climates.
