Light Fixture Trips Breaker – Now Dim Lights
[ad#block]Question: I have a Craft maid fan and light system in my kitchen. Last week while we were eating we heard a pop. One of the light bulbs popped shutting off the breaker. It seemed like a wire problem so I went to the lighting store where I purchased the unit and bought a replacement light kit. Checked the wires and attached the new light kit. The problem is that when we turn the light on, it seems to be a normal bright light. Within a minute or two, the light becomes very dim. If I turn the light off and back on it will be bright and then dims to a low light. What do you suggest?
