Wiring Diagrams for Installing Ceiling Fans
[ad#block]Electrical Question: I am trying to finish up wiring a ceiling fan after my father left a mess of half-done electrical work in basement.
- I have a double switch on the wall, each with its own black, white, and copper coming out of it.
- At the box in the ceiling, I have the two lines from the switches, a power source with a black, white and copper, and a line labeled, “power out”, which is to then go to another light source with a black, white and green.
- The fan has green, white black, and blue.
- I am stumped on how to wire these up.
