I’m trying to wire my bathroom, I’d like to wire from the breaker box to a GFCI outlet and light switch in the same box, then to the to a vanity light fixture

[ad#block]Question: I’m trying to wire my bathroom. Here’s what I’d like to do. Incoming source from breaker box to a GFCI outlet and light switch in the same box. Then to the fixture (vanity light) with 12/3 wire. Then from fixture to another GFCI outlet and another switch in second box. The second switch will go on to run a fan/light over the toilet.

Bathroom GFCI Electrical Wiring
Chad, GFCI circuit wiring should be done in such a way as to not allow the bathroom vanity light fixture to shut off if the GFCI protection should shut off the circuit. Be sure to obtain a permit and have the necessary inspections.
