Electrical Question about: Dryer Wiring
Received from Driana a Homeowner in Bay City, TX
Question: My husband moved our clothes dryer from the garage to inside our home. He used a wire that he had used to hook up his welding machine. The wire is black and very thick and heavy. The dryer turns off after it has been on for a while. It will restart but it will turn right back off. The dryer is new. We have it hooked up to a 30amp breaker. Could the wire we are using be too much for the dryer.
