Additional Comments: I like it very much because when I face trouble than i’m searching this for electrical essential.

Hi Bill,
Typically a problem with an electrical circuit does not damage a circuit breaker, it just causes the breaker to trip off. The circuit and the light fixture should be inspected for a faulty condition and repaired as needed. The circuit breaker should then be reset and turned back on to test the circuit for normal operation.
