Question: Hi, I have outlets in my bedroom where the top socket is controlled by a light switch. I would like to make all the sockets constant and add a ceiling fan and control that with the switch.
Question: I guess I’ll describe what I did and then ask the question. I wired my pool pump motor. From the house I have 110/115V going into an outdoor outlet box that contains a GFI outlet. These wires went into the line terminals.

I have an old panel box in my laundry room that uses two t-30 round screw in fuses. One of the fuses keeps burning out when I use the dryer.
My dryer has a 4 prong plug, but the receptacle in my house has a 3 prong plug.
When I use my oven, one burner comes on automatically and stays on until oven is turned off. I bought a new stove because I thought it was just my 20 yr. old stove finally shot.
Question: What is the internal connection of a 220v breaker? Does it trip only if current over its rating is detected phase to phase? Also what is the internal connection of a 3 phase breaker?
