Question: Have only two wires out of ceiling . Ceiling fan and light have two black,one white,one green. What to do with hooking up.

Question: Have only two wires out of ceiling . Ceiling fan and light have two black,one white,one green. What to do with hooking up.

Hey Travis, how are you?
Typically there is a black wire for the fan motor and a blue wire for the light. The white neutral wire is shared for both and the ground connects through if provided with your home system. Most likely your two black wires are the same as described above.
